It's a long overdue post hahaha. As of writing, we are currently under Enhanced Community Quarantine due to COVID-19 pandemic. It's quite alarming because the number of confirmed cases is already high and I want to divert myself by updating my travel blog :)
Burias Group of Island is located at San Pascual, Masbate. I heard this place way way back and finally I had a chance to went there together with my friend Jes last May 2017 organized by GALAPH :) And it's my 42nd province! Bicol region, completed! Yey!
We departed around 10PM last May 26,2017 in Buendia going to San Andres, Quezon, the jump off point to Burias Island. It took 8 hours to San Andres.
It was already 7AM (Saturday) when we arrived at San Andres. Our coordinator told us to change our swimming attire. We hopped into the motor boat to start our island hopping.
After almost an hour, we arrived in our first stop, Dapa Island. This island is like a rock formation submerged in the ocean. It's like a big coral.
We stayed for like half an hour in Dapa Island and went back to the boat departed to Sombrero Island. When we arrived in Sombrero Island, our tour coordinator distributed our tents. We looked for the best spot to pitch our tent.
We had our lunch prepared by local contact and we rest for a while.
About 12:30PM, we went to our next destination, the Animasola Island. It took 2 hours of bumpy boat ride going to island but it's worth it.
Animasola Island is composed of beautiful rock formation. It's indeed magnificent nature's creation. We explored the entire island and took pictures.

We hopped into the boat and depart to Tinalisayan Island :)
We went back to Sombrero Island and rest. Took shower and change our clothes. We explored the beach while waiting for dinner. After dinner, we just lay on the sand while star gazing.
Next morning, we woke up early and had our breakfast. We left Sombrero Island around 8AM and went to Inirawan Island. Some of the joiners went up to the rock formation and they'd cliff jump. We just stayed in the boat and watched every one jumped hahaha!
We depart around 11am going to San Andres. We took our lunch at San Andres port, we washed up and changed our clothes afterwards. We left San Andres port at 2:30pm and we arrived in Alabang at 11PM.
