Laguna 2016: Hulugan Falls

Another spontaneous trip! We explored another wonders of Laguna :)

We hopped in the bus early morning at South Station Terminal in Alabang going to Sta. Cruz Laguna. It took 3.5 hours because of heavy traffic, normally it only takes 2 hours to Sta. Cruz.

When we arrived in Sta. Cruz terminal at 11:00 AM, we hired a tricycle going to Barangay Salvador, the jump off point to Hulugan Falls. It's less than 30 minutes tricycle ride.

We had an early lunch in nearby carinderia when we arrived at Brgy. Salvador :)

After lunch, we proceed to registration table and pay for registration fee and guide :)

We started to trek around 12:30 PM with our guide. He suggested to go to two other falls before we go to Hulugan Falls. :) Talay and Hidden Falls :)

We trek almost 30 minutes and viola! The first falls, Talay Falls :)

It was quite tricky going to Hidden Falls :) We should climb the steep rocks going up using a rope!

Oh yeah! haha
All the struggle going up was all worth it when we saw the hidden falls :)

We stopped and rest for a while then trek again going to Hulugan Falls :)

Smile mga kuya :) (Kahit di ko kayo kilala, haha)

Single file indeed! :)

This little fella was following us :)

Kaya pa guys? haha!

Almost there :)
After almost an hour of hike, we're here!!

It was freaki'n hot and sunny that day so the flow of water was much less compare when rainy season. We just enjoy the scenery :)

Around 3:30 PM, we trek  back to Barangay Salvador, we washed up and waited for a jeep going to Sta. Cruz. Because we're adventurous, we rode on top load! hahaha!

We arrived at Sta Cruz around 6:00 PM, took a quick dinner and hopped in the last trip bus going to Alabang.  It was a great experience with my friends :) I miss you guys!
