Catanduanes 2016: Baras (Puraran Beach and Binurong Point)

This is the continuation of my Sorsogon-Catanduanes trip last 2016 :)

We continue our journey to Catanduanes :) We woke up early to catch up the 9:00 AM schedule of RoRo going to Virac port from Tabaco port.

Catanduanes is also known "Land of the Howling Winds" because most of the typhoon passed by in this province.

We arrived at Virac port past 1:00 PM and hopped into the jeep going to Baras. It took 1.5 hours from Virac Port. We booked an accommodation at Pacific Surfers Paradise prior to our trip. The tricycle service of resort fetch us from the road and proceed to the resort.

We rested for a while. Rented a tricycle going to Binurong Point. One of the newest (that time) attraction in Baras :)

Smiles captured my heart ❤

We paid for entrance fee and guide.

Breath taking view after 15 minutes trek :) it's like Batanes view :) We strolled around the area and took videos and photos of course!

We stayed there almost an hour and went back to the jumped off point.

Zig zag road!

It was around 5:00 PM when we arrived at resort from Binurong Point. We rest and stroll along beach front and had a dinner :)

On next day, I woke up early to chase sunrise :) It's amazing view of beach!

We ordered breakfast at the resort and rented a tricycle going to Baras town to catch up mini bus going to Virac :)

Catanduanes has it's own unique and amazing beauty. I'll going back and spend more days in Baras particularly :)
