Japan 2015 Series: Fukui

Summer is one of my favorite season of the year. I am lucky to experienced this twice last 2015. In Japan, summer season begins from last week of June to August (if I'm not mistaken). I am so glad the the MG group invited me to their Fukui trip! 

We slept over in Kuya Roger and Ate Annabel's house. We woke up early and we are ready for beach! It took 2 hours drive from Omihachiman to Fukui. 

Mostly, the beaches in the Philippines have nipa huts or cottages whether private resorts or public beaches. Unlike in Japan, they do pitch tent and set up big umbrellas with folding chairs!

Bataan 2015: Morong Bataan

Hello 2015 :) 

New Year. New Life. MORE TRAVEL! Yey! :)

My first travel for 2015 last January was in Bataan. Actually, it's unexpected trip. We're just looked for a quick beach getaway to unwind (oh yes, because of work! work! work! ugh!) :) Week before our planned trip, I was looking for a affordable yet cozy and homey beach resort. I found Victoria Vista Bay Resort. I booked a room for 2 for P1,500 only :)

Zambales 2013: Potipot Island

I thought that Puerto Galera was my last getaway for the year 2013. :) But fortunately, no. hahaha! Due to my financial crisis this year (hahaha), some of my bucketlist this year did not push through. Anyhow, it's alright. Bawi na lang next time :)

Approximately 4-5 hours travel time from Manila to Sta. Cruz Zambales where the jump off point to Potipot Island, less crowded, more of nature and relaxing. It was named as "Boracay of Luzon". Well, it's not as  powdered - white sand as Boracay but the unspoiled place of island was worth visited than to a noisy and commercialized place. We left at 12 midnight of December 14, 2013. We rented a van cost P 1,000 each ($22) roundtrip for 12 person. Not bad :)

Ilocos 2012: Day 1 (Vigan, Baluarte and Paoay)

We decided to pursue this trip after holyweek because we're very sure that plenty of tourist will went to their own vacation. This was the first trip with my very good college friends, Gelene and Jacks. Together with Jack's friends, Nicko, Joan, and Jacky (Jack's twin sister), we will invaded Ilocandia! Good thing that Allizon (Jacky's boyfriend) let us stay in their family house in Batac, Ilocos Norte for the trip. Yey! Our accomodation is FREE!!!! :)

Cebu 2012: Bantayan Island

It's almost 1 hour travel time by sea from the island of Bohol to Cebu. After of Panglao escapade, I went also to Cebu for our Bantayan Island and Cebu City tour. I made an itinerary for this and with the help of my dear cousin, Louie,who based and working in Cebu to list down the places where we can explore within the city. Thanks couz :)

Davao 2011: Day 1

Last July 2011 when I browsed the Cebpac site, I saw a P99 fare promo, I called Charm to booked for our Davao tour. hahaha! Since that was the first time I booked a flight, some circumstances happened unexpected. hahaha! I booked also Derick and JM with me and found out that I got more expensive fare than Charm booked with his brother Jeff and Mazee (Jeff's gf). hahaha! Sorry for that Derick and JM! hahaha! Charm, Jeff and Mazee got the 5:00 am flight while me, Derick and JM got the 8:00am. :)

This is our 2^nd day tour to Puerto Princesa! And we are going to Underground River! Ito ang isa mga mga New 7 Wonders of Nature lang naman! Hahaha! When we went there, nasa finalist pa lang ang underground river, dagsa na ang mga tourist (partida). Eh what more ngayon na nasa list na siya ng New 7 wonders?Be proud!
