I love spontaneous trip! That's why I love these guys too hahaha naks! #clingy
We discovered again a nearby stunning getaway in San Pablo, Laguna. The Pandin Lake! I'm not a fan of lake though but this lake amazed me! :)
We rode a bus going to Lucena from Alabang (South Station Terminal) at 8:30 am. We told the conductor to dropped us in SM San Pablo. It took more or less 2.5 hours travel time due to traffic. Then we rode a jeep going to San Pablo town (7-11) and rode again a jeep going to jump off point to Pandin Lake.
Note: Please don't follow the route we took. Instead, tell the conductor of bus to dropped you off in San Pablo Town near 7-11 store so you can save fare for a jeep going to San Pablo town like we did. (face palm). Anyway, moving on....
Asan ang Dyosa? hahaha |
This is the signage of jump off point going to Pandin Lake :)
We walked 10-15 minutes ( I guess) going to Lake. By the way, we contacted Aling Siony (0929-9789565) prior to our trip to reserve and prepare our lunch :) We recommend to make a reservation especially when you're planning to go on weekends.
We arrived at Pandin Lake before lunch :) We looked for Aling Siony and hopped in the Balsa (bamboo raft) :)
We took our lunch and get ready to swim! :)
We decided to go to Yambo Lake :) We just hike a little to see the Yambo Lake.
Going to Yambo Lake :) |
After 2 hours, we went back and washed up.
We went back to San Pablo town and go to nearby church :)
St. Paul the First Hermit Cathedral |
We decided to watch a movie in SM San Pablo since it's quite early hahaha!
As per Aling Siony, you can stay overnight in Pandin lake. They have available rooms for overnight stay.
